Celebrate TechFest 2008 at The Works
Alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to bring their kids and grandkids to continue the celebration of National Engineers Week at TechFest 2008, a special event for the whole family.

The Works museum

The event is free and open to the public.
The day's activities will focus on a mechanical engineering theme.
- Build your own working catapult.
- Enjoy free admission into The Works hands-on museum.
- Marvel at innovative robots.
- See a futuristic vehicle.
- Get your photo taken with Goldy Gopher (noon-2 p.m.)
- Experience the amazing Physics Force stage show.
- Win door prizes.
TechFest is a cooperative effort of The Works and the Institute of Technology Alumni Society with sponsorship from Alliant Techsystems, Digital River, and the Center for Transportation Studies and support from the Society of Women Engineers and General Mills.
